The 9 catechists were consecrated by Rev. Dr. Solomon Sumani Sule-Saa

The theme of the service was “Changing the world by the Word”. Rev. Dr. Solomon Sumani Sule-Saa in his sermon used the story of Paul, who did a great job in evangelizing and spreading the word amongst the people. He encouraged the catechists to follow Paul´s example wholeheartedly, to help leading souls to the living God. After an exhortation by Rev. Stephen Alando in which he re-emphasised on their obligations as catechists towards God and me, the 9 students took their vows and were officially consecrated by the Northern Presbytery Chairperson.

e all congratulate the new catechists and pray for them and their families, that they may fulfill the work that God gave them. We are confident that these our brothers and sisters can really make a difference in peoples´ lives, turning them towards Jesus Christ.
